This project was completed February 2016 without any funds being allocated by communitcating with the Cornell Grounds Department. The original proposal called for more garbage cans to be added to outdoor locations aroung campus. What SAIF discovered while researching this project is that many outdoor trashcans were removed in the past few years due to lack of use. The only location found that seemed to be in need of garbage cans was by the Thurston Ave bridge (pictured left). Bins were added there by the Grounds Department shortly after our meeting with them.
